Meet Our Team

Heather | Owner

First, I love to travel! I've been lucky enough to make it to 35 countries and I hope to make it to many more.

In 2010 I got married on the beach to a special guy that I still can't believe I found, and now we have THREE beautiful little boys together who I hope will share our love for the world and other cultures.

I've lived on Maui for the past 15 years, and after days spent living along Front Street in Lahaina, as well as Napili and Ka'anapali, I currently enjoy the Upcountry lifestyle at a house in Kula amidst the pastures of Haleakala volcano.

My path to becoming a bridal beauty stylist began back in 2002 when I was licensed as a cosmetologist in California, and then eventually, Hawaii.

After graduating from Chico Beauty School I had this idea to go and work for Hollywood, so I moved to Southern California where I graduated from MUD (Makeup Designory School) in their Beauty/Character Makeup and Hair Styling course.

After 2 1/2 years of working in Hollywood I realized my passion is in weddings, which is when I made the move out to Maui to join the thriving wedding industry.

During many years in the beauty industry I've worked with numerous wedding planners including those at the island's largest resorts, from the Ritz Carlton to Four Seasons and The Westin. Stints on the Mainland allowed me to work with brides from Lake Tahoe, California, to Asheville, North Carolina, where I had the pleasure of experiencing some truly beautiful weddings in the mountains.

After hundreds of different brides, I must say I've truly enjoyed every bride I've had the pleasure of styling. After getting married myself, I understand the importance of feeling and looking your best on your special day. I pride myself on something I learned in Beverly Hills as a freelancer for Bobbie Brown Cosmetics, which is to simply enhance one's natural beauty to create a look the naked eye can admire, and that the photos will embrace.

Jacqueline

It was just like the movies: Jacqueline was on a Maui family vacation when met and fell in love with a guy who was raised right here on Maui.

After many years of long distance dating and flights across the ocean, she said goodbye to her home (and salon) and made the move from Orange County to start a new life on Maui.

After getting married at Olowalu Plantation House (one of the most popular wedding venues on Maui), she decided to take her experience as a salon owner and put it towards a career in Maui's bridal hair and makeup industry.

Aside from being a licensed cosmetologist, former salon owner, and makeup artist, she's also our ind-demand spray tan expert and a true professional to work with.

Shelby

A Colorado native, Shelby is a licensed cosmetologist with a passion for makeup artistry.

Her passion for hair and makeup began back in high school when she signed up for theater and quickly found joy in special effects makeup, theater makeup, and hair styles from various eras.

She studied at Tuana European Beauty Academy and worked at Gallipott apothecary salon, which specialized in organic hair care. While there, she received expert training with the Jane Iredale makeup line, and took numerous courses on bridal makeup and styles for special events.

When she isn't helping to beautify brides for their special day here in Maui, she enjoys spending time with family, experimenting in the kitchen, and practicing her favorite bridal look—a textured boho with a gentle golden glow.

On most days she's busy being a mama to her TWO sweet little girls, but she loves to bring her art to life using natural beauty as her medium.

Melissa

A born and raised Maui girl, Melissa can tell you everything about life on the island and share her own stories about working in the beauty industry from Tahiti to the Caribbean and Paris.

After time exploring and working around the globe she's returned back to her island home and continues to thrive as a talented member of our team of Maui stylists.

Over her decade of work in the beauty industry she's worked with brands from Estée Lauder to MAC cosmetics, Bobbie Brown, as well as Makeup Forever. She completed a yearlong internship studying cosmetology at Honolulu's Marsha Nadalin salon, and has worked with some of Maui's largest resorts including Ritz Carlton Kapalua and The Montage.

Amber

Amber knew the wedding industry was for her from the very first day she styled a bride's hair back home in Northern California.

"Making her feel like her most beautiful self, on the most important day of her life, was priceless," she says.

That was ten years ago, and after her own love story brought her out to Maui (where she convinced her fiancee to follow her!), Amber still thrives on the feeling of helping each bride feel confident, happy, and beautiful, on a day she'll remember forever.

Amber is a licensed cosmetologist with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, including weddings and numerous salons.

Lindsey

Lindsey
Born and raised right here on Maui, Lindsey has an obvious love for the island—and also everyone she meets here. "To be able to serve another human on their Grand Day," says Lindsey, "is absolutely the best!"

With 15 years in the beauty industry, Lindsey has trained at MAC cosmetics and IBS School of Cosmetology, and considers this work to be her "life's calling," as she's able to share such a special day with people from all around the world.

Natily

Natily

A 12-year veteran of the beauty industry, Natily has experience in everything from pageants to photoshoots, weddings, and film. She's styled hair in salons, has been a retail manager for MAC cosmetics, served as a makeup instructor for Susan Page modeling. and has also served as the lead artist for several local designers. Even with that industry background, however, weddings have always had her heart. She considers it an honor to be trusted to work with brides on their special day, and her passion and professionalism for helping them feel beautiful shines through in all of her work.
